Living Room

As a formal living space, this room needed some warmth to compliment the dark leather couches and wood.  The fabric I chose was a dense, almost upholstery grade, fabric with warm golds and reds.  The hardware we found was an exact match to the furnishings in the home.  Hanging the drapes close to the ceiling makes it feel like the room is taller and bigger then it really is.  A great "special effect" when you have the standard 8 foot ceiling.  It turned out to be a very elegant room but didn't feel "stuffy".  Inviting was the finished product.
