Covid Projects in the Tennessee Home

 As many of us, Covid presented time to catch up on organizing and fixing up our homes. I enjoyed a little time with my boys. 

We created this mirror effect above our mantel. Together we made antique mirror tiles from pre-cut glass sheets, mirror spray paint, black acrylic paint, a spray bottle of vinegar and water and paper towels. A fun project to do outside in the mild Tennessee sun. 

We also learned how to cut glass to fit in this fireplace mantel section. I love how it turned out. It added a little style to an existing unusual molding decision.
