High Ceiling Family Room

Here is a huge great room that is part of the kitchen, dining area and entry. They all had to work together but feel like separate spaces too.  This client opted for a cornice board with a fabric swag to soften the edges.  This home has huge beautiful windows and woods in the back so privacy is not an issue.  They also had carpet and upholstered furnishings so that acoustics wasn't an issue like most great rooms. The fabrics chosen had to work with all the adjoining spaces as well.  I made some beautiful placemates to go in the dining area in the complimenting fabrics along with new valances in the kitchen.  See the photo listed Kitchen.
